JOB SUMMARY:

This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and change management.

  • Assist in talent acquisition by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
  • Work on change management initiatives to help drive a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in performance management by supporting goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support the execution of training and development programs, including identifying needs, scheduling sessions, and evaluating training impact.
  • Assist in designing and implementing OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Support succession planning and talent management strategies.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Capability development.
