JOB SUMMARY:
This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and change management.
- Assist in talent acquisition by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
- Work on change management initiatives to help drive a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance management by supporting goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Support the execution of training and development programs, including identifying needs, scheduling sessions, and evaluating training impact.
- Assist in designing and implementing OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support succession planning and talent management strategies.
- Continuous improvement initiatives.
- Capability development.
