JOB SUMMARY:
The accounts officer is responsible for ensuring timely payment of loans, grants and bills. He presides over the monitoring and processing of payments and expenditure.
- Receive income sheet and make M.I.S reports based on daily income and payments.
- Separate daily payments and total payment up to the month end.
- Collect the Bank statement daily from bank.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Prepare daily reports for consolidation purpose.
- Preparation of daily Journal Voucher to record income.
- Disbursement of Salary & Advances.
- Issue receipts after clearing of cheques.
- Liaison with bank.
- Prepare the Balance report.
- Effective handling of issues
