JOB SUMMARY:

The accounts officer is responsible for ensuring timely payment of loans, grants and bills. He presides over the monitoring and processing of payments and expenditure.

  • Receive income sheet and make M.I.S reports based on daily income and payments.
  • Separate daily payments and total payment up to the month end.
  • Collect the Bank statement daily from bank.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  • Prepare daily reports for consolidation purpose.
  • Preparation of daily Journal Voucher to record income.
  • Disbursement of Salary & Advances.
  • Issue receipts after clearing of cheques.
  • Liaison with bank.
  • Prepare the Balance report.
  • Effective handling of issues
